[citation][nom]D_Kuhn[/nom]The camera will take up space... the reason I was initially drawn to the Touch was the compactness of it - I'd rather they made it even smaller rather than adding a poor quality camera to it. Now... if the cameras in cell phones and small devices like the touch were actually good enough to replace a compact digital camera then I'd be more accepting, but I don't think it's possible to create a camera so small and have it provide acceptable quality.[/citation]
Yeah, I'm sure the iPhone's dimensions would be much different with no camera. The iPod Touch will look exactly the same except it will have the ability to snap photos and somehow the fanboys here manage to spin this as a NEGATIVE thing. Don't know how the Nano will look because they always change it but I can't possibly imagine the device is any more bulky than it usually is but even in that case just the sheer fact that the camera is there will annoy some of you.
"I don't like devices that try to do everything." LOL. You carry around your cell phone, your MP3 player, a web browser, and a camera? Hey, good for you. I carry around an iPhone.
