Reset my gateway lap top recover factory settings. Recovery disk two is no longer useable what to do?

when you press alt+F10 during post does it give you restoration options? Are you referring to the recovery disk as a partition on your HDD or physical disks. Usually there should be a restoration partition on you computer accessible from the post menu. what's the exact model of your pc , maybe I can dig up the reference manual for it
