I reset phone, forgot facebook password, can't acess the old email to get reset code , tried everything I can think of

Only Facebook can help you with that. Try to log in and you might find a "Forgot password" trail to go down, including security questions only you should be able to answer.

Facebook give you the option to get the password on your phone. On the same number you have linked with your account on Facebook.

If you have linked any phone number with FB then you can retrieve the password on your phone.
