Solved! retreive every message

I factory reset Microsoft Lumia 640 rm-1072 .how can I retrieve lost messages ,contacts , pictures, data or any Tech heads who can.it has original voda sim ,but now on any network. Thought system restore to older date would easy fix..NEED HELP..

Are they sync to an online account? if not the data is gone when you reset the phone.
