I have a newer Motorola phone bought in the last year and was devastated to find our 8 year old had deleted all of my pictures. I used one of the so called recovery tools and couldn't "recover" my pictures so I hooked my phone up to my computer via USB port, clicked on the box that said use Microsoft to open to view flies, clicked internal storage, then DCIM folder, then camera and all of my deleted pictures are there! I hope this helps someone out there! I never post to these things but had to share! Thanks Melissa

i am using windows 8.1 and stellar is not showing my mobile(moto G ) as a removal disk.
