Retrieving Contacts/Pictures/Emails off stolen phone and transfer to my new ZTE MavenTM2

I would like to know what I can do to retrieve my data off of my Stolen Android. Thank You

I had turned off the Android phone and now I bought the ZTE Maven

If they were sync to an online account, add that account to the new phone, if not, they are gone with the stolen phone
