RoG shutdown after startup

I have RoG 750js and I have had this problem for 4 months. This happens, when electricty is gone, and if laptop is supplied by cord (no battery). When I try to start it, it opens and closes immediately with 1 short beep. After resting 1-2 hours, everthing returns to normal. Which may cause this problem? Thanks

Could be a heat issue, open it up, make sure it's clean, maybe re-do the heatsink with new thermal paste.
