rosetta stone install problem

i have an ASUS laptop with windows 10 8GB ram and a 2.3 GHz Intel i5. i tried to install Rosetta stone but during the installation of the language level it stopped downloading but it didn't stop responding. the system requirements was that the processor need to be 2.33 GHz and to be x86 compatible.

yes i did, several times, and support had no clue what to do

They did not have an alternate place for you to download the files from? Can you test it on another computer?

no. yes. will it still launch if i have no sound card for it?

Don't know about the sound card, but all computers should have one, on the motherboard if not an add-on. Last computer I remember that did not have a sound card was from the 80s early 90s.
