Router interfering with programs?

I just installed a TP-Link Archer C2 router today, and since I finally got it working, suddenly my BitDefender has stopped working, and my Tampermonkey extension (I run a lot of scripts while I work online) is completely dead. This only happened once I had the router up and running. Any thoughts?

Re-install any software that doesn't work.
