I can't use my run command due to restriction how to fix this problem. . .

I can't use my run command due to restriction how to fix this problem. . .

This problem when appear during i use shortcut Ctrl+R and also i use properties in task nemu the message is still the same RESTRICTION appear the message is THIS OPERATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO RESTRICTION IN EFFECT ON THIS COMPUTER. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR.

1. ensure you're logged in as admin.
2. press win+r, then type "cmd" to run the command console.
