Run Dedicated And Internal GPU together

I have a laptop with a low-end Geforce 820m. To get the maximum performance out of games, I was wondering if there is anyway I can run the GPU's simultaneously.

This isn't possible due to the differing architecture and speed of Intel integrated graphics and nVIDIA GPUs. AMD currently does this with their APUs. The last time nVIDIA did this was with Hybrid SLI, way back in the GTS 360M days.
