Running cs go on a bad laptop

Can i run cs go on my laptop which is Toshiba Sattelite C55 A164: Intel Celeron 1005M 1.90 ghz. Intel hd graphics(version uknown) and 4gb ram

You can play it, on low settings at 720 resolution you are likely to get very playable FPS, probably about 50.
