RX 480 8gb vs 4gb for VR?

Is there a difference going with a 4gb RX480 and 8 gigs of ram vs a 8gig 480 and 16 gigs of ram? Is it a big enough difference to make the price worthwhile?

Huge difference? Depends. 8gb would be safer than 4gb as I would expect more VR games will start using larger amounts of VRAM. The RX480 has better performance on the Rift vs the Vive just as an FYI

Thanks for the answer but I have another short question, this motherboard that I want(http/pcpartpicker.com/mr/newegg/MmkwrH) seems to have 2 USB 3.0 ports on the back. However my case has 2 front usb 3 ports. Does my motherboard have a usb 3 header?

That board does not have a USB 3.0 header.
