S1 pro reset

as other has asked before without so many answers,I have always a "Err" code when I swicht my camera on,the same with or without memory cards,and with or wihtour lenses,simlpy get thi serror and nothing happens.Also cannto connect to the camera viaa the SUB cable,didn't do anyhting.What more can I try? I don't want to let this old lady die :-(
