S3 RAM and touch issue

Hi
i recently bought s3, i have used my frnds iphone 3gs and sony xperia S .. i felt the touch is slow in s3 compared to those... while playing temple run i felt the difference very much. Is it my phone only or its S3 model itself.

One more issue is: i have not installed too many apps though its showing 100 mb RAM available.
i clear the memory again it shows same.... help me with this.

In Android, the more RAM being used is better. Unused RAM is wasted ram.

Android will manage RAM itself and frees up RAM when needed. Task killers will usually make it worse and contribute to system instability as processes are interrupted and restarted.

Firstly, you should make sure you have a genuine Galaxy S3. Are you certain you have a real product and not a cheap knock off? Did you buy from a reliable source?

Other than that, make sure you have updated to the latest firmware via KIES (google it up) or OTA.

Make sure you have downloaded apps from reliable sources like the Play Store as sideloading apps may increase your risk of malware infection.

If a Factory Reset helps, it may be some of your apps causing it. So either reset your phone or uninstall some apps.

The stock touch ui can feel laggy. You can always install a different kernel and overclock it and make it run smoother.
