same problem with my lg ms500 cant choose between sd are internal and not all apps can remove to sd card

Lg optimus sm500 f6,internal full and sd card cant set as default because there none that give me an option
 
Moving apps to your SD card and, more importantly, having them run from the SD card requires you to root your phone.
