http/www.samsung.com/us/support/

download the Firmware to a usb flash drive, plug it into the TV, perform the update from the TV´s menu

reinstalling the app can help too

Hi. We just contacted Samsung Online Chat support for our YouTube issue. We have a 55" model UN55MU9000FXZA. Support suggested we unplug tv from power source for 30 seconds. Problem solved!
