Samsung 850 EVO

Hello, i just bought this SSD, installed Win7, drivers, chrome and AVG with AVG TUNE UP, and then i installed Magician software from CD. Problem is this small sequential read value. Why is soo small ? Rapid mode is off, I have notebook. I really dont know how to fix it.

Tried: defragmentation - Its not better ..

Specifications of your laptop? I had this problem but turning Rapid mode on and retrieving the latest drivers solved the problem.
