Samsung dlp tv black horizontal lines

I have a 50 Inch samsung dlp tv, we have noticed faint black horizontal lines they are about 5 inches apart and are evenly spaced, they are mostly noticed on light colored back rounds, like a white screen, I called samsung and of corse they said call a repaire facilty, I,am very mecanicaly inclined is there any repaires i can do to fix this concen

The horizontal line is caused by a ground loop usually.
