samsung galaxy grand android system recovery

how do i recover my samsung galaxy grand back to normal? it has been bringing android system recovery page for the past two days and i have reboot system several times but its not working. pls help me out

1.Turn off your phone
2.Press together volume up + home button + power button
3.Release your fingers of the phone when Samsung logo appear
4.Choose with volume buttons "wipe data/factory reset" and select it with power button
5.Choose "yes" with volume buttons and select it with power button
6.Wait untiil format is complete
7.Select "reboot"
8.Wait until the phone restarts

But after i select `wipe data/factory reset` never ask me `yea/no` and stay at same page..what should i do then?

Go yes. You will loose all of your data. But because of complications unless you have a custom recovery then its your best bet in my opinion
