thanks for reply, i have test all possible solutions such as... check folder & file permissions, the firmware are all ready up to date, hardware reset but nothing has change....

Hello, my android version are 5.0.2, in the past i made root the device one time but after 2 days restored to factory settings.

Try the samsung software on a PC to install the firmware of your tablet again (if possible)

workaround could be the app:
NeverForget WiFi
