I am nepalese and im using samsung galaxy note 2 from korea... i update software on nepal. And it works perfectly...but now a days sometimes when i try to phone others the meter of network slowly decrease and shows calling in korea and call in another countries... and data network icon change in data roaming. I m having this problem since 3 months.... plz help me....

Where the phone is from should not be causing a problem. However, what company the phone service is through will.

If the company that you have your phone service through is out of South Korea, then that is why you are getting roaming. You would have to have service out of Nepal to not have the problem.
