Samsung Galaxy S4 Problem

My samsung galaxy s4 from AT&T has been acting up. It isnt responsive in the lockscreen, and if it is the homescreen freezes and doesnt seem to open any applications. In addition, the when i try to turn on the wifi it wouldnt stay on.
