Samsung Galaxy Tab A

I have a Samsung Galaxy tab A and I got a message, when I went to turn slide the screen, it frozen, and now it is staying at that screen. I have tried everything, it is staying at that screen. My sister says that it is because it is over heating, but I dont believe her.... Please help me! I have had this tablet for about a month or so

If the tablet is that new, and it is causing this kind of problems, you need to return it to where you purchased it from and get them to replace it for you. She may well be right, that it is overheating, and that is something that shouldn't happen with a new device.

Take it back and have them replace it for you.
