Question Samsung galaxy tab e is having a breakdown

Firstly my tablet screen frooze and the writing turned a green colour and lines appeared then it re started, it kept doing it every 2-3 minutes, I tried to look at it in safe mode but that made it worse. Now it comes on to opening screen then switches off, and it's also made a loud screeching noise the screen went crazy now it turns on and straight off. I also cleared the cache and haven't installed anything new on it

All that doesn't sound like a software issue. Sounds more like hardware.

If the tablet is under warranty, contact the manufacturer. Sadly, if it isn't under warranty, then you can either try a local tech, or look into a new tablet.
