Question Samsung Galaxy Tab SM T700 Teamwin

I deleted absolutely everything on my samsung galaxy tab sm t700 with teamwin and now when i power it on i dont get anything. is there any way i can install an operating system on it so it works like normal?

How did you delete everything exactly? I ask because a normal deletion and reset won't leave the phone blank. Or did you use something else to try and wipe or format the device?
