After asking and looking through threads i found out that the issue with my tv could probably be the chips on either the dmd board or digital board, tryed the digital board nothing tryed the dmd board success!! i found a guide online how to rig a screw and flat surface to apply pressure on the dlp chip but now after reinstalling everything the picture is out of center about 5 inches to the top? too far for the service menu to fix any ideas? the light engine board is bac on its track

Solution
Take out the three screws that hold the dmd board in place, and loosen the spring-loaded screws a quarter turn. Tape down the door switch, move the fan aside, and slide a screwdriver tip under the dmd board. It needs to be slid back into position. Have someone watch the set as you move the board back to center. A small adjustment translates to a lot of movement, so go slow. When you have it centered left-right and up-down, tighten the screws back down to lock it in. And for Pete's sake be careful with the spring-loaded ones: they go into very soft aluminum.
