The touchpad is indicated as being "On" but it still does not work. Should I uninstall the touchpad driver and install a new one?

Solution digitaldoc Jul 4, 2015 Yes, uninstall the mousepad driver, and install the latest one from the Samsung website. Also, reboot the machine.
