Hi I have a Samsung NP350e5x-s01hr laptop with the following specs:

Memory: 4GB + 4GB DDR3 System Memory at 1600MHz (4GB x 1), 2x DIMM
HDD: 500GB S-ATAII Hard Drive (5400RPM)
ODD: Super Multi Dual Layer
Sound: HD Audio, 3 W Stereo Speaker (1.5 W x 2), internal MIC
Integrated Camera: Webcam
Wired Ethernet LAN: 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet LAN
Wireless LAN: 802.11 bg/n 1x1 (up to 150Mbps)
Bluetooth: Bluetooth V4.0
I/O Port: VGA, Headphone, Mic, 2x USB 3.0, 2x USB 2.0, RJ-45,HDMI

It has Windows 7 installed on it.

Problem: I own it for 5 months now. Sometimes it suddenly blocks and becomes unresponsive until I reboot it, the screen always freezes and starts to flipper and it only responds when i press the Power button. Ctrl+Alt+Del doesn't work. It happens once a week or once in two days, and then nothing for as long as a month.. here is the link how it looks like:

I haven't taken it to the repair shop yet. Any ideas?

I've seen a similar issue in the past and it was related to the GPU overheating

What exactly is it placed on? looked like some sort of fabric that would stop the airflow.

Curious question tho, why do you have a wireless USB plugged in, something wrong with the laptop wireless card?

Hi.
Well it's placed on a soft blanket. But, these issues have happened even when it was in my lap, and the air flow wasn't stopped..
Wireless router is far away, so sometimes laptop's antenna cannot get a good signal so I use the USB from my previous PC..

Today, I've experienced a new error.. I'm not sure it is related to this. My ADM graphics card driver stopped working. it recovered the first time, but a few minues later it happened again but this time it didn't recover. I only got this screen:
