Samsung NP-RF711 burnt chip on the motherboard

Hey guys, i've an oldish Samsung NP - RF711 S02IT that doesn't boot. I've already showed it to an IT friend and he said, after a quick check, that in his opinion the motherboard, or bios died.
Anyways i've looked into the motherboard more precisely to track down the burnt chip, because when it happened i smelled smth funny so i guess that was it, and i think i've found it.
Problem is i'm having an hard time identifying what it is. YGZ1 is written on it and i couldn't find anything on the internet to identify it, so i'm asking here to seek for some advice from experts

Pull it off and see if there is anything on the bottom of the chip to ID it.
