Samsung R519 Not booting at all no sound or fan spinning ^URGENT*

I have a samsung r519 and its not booting up at all when i put in the ac adaptor the light dosen't display the battery button on the back doesn't even show the percentage of the laptop no boot tried removing battery with ac in to power on nothing boots up please help i have alot of important things on this laptop 🙁

First thing that sounds like is no power coming from the adaptor.

on my chargers i've noticed a yellow light on it

in which case it is 'broken' I can't say how, or in what way, but there's not much that you can do without tools, knowledge and spares.
