can't say for sure, may be country by country, tho you can always camp sammobile and see if a rom is available.... also you can always use odin to load a stock rom ...

The U.S. market is always the last to get updates, and it's mainly because of the providers dicking us around. Verizon's Galaxy 3 already has the update. Still waiting patiently for my AT&T Galaxy 2 Skyrocket to get an official update. The leaked JellyBean has been out for a while now on XDA, and works good. Just waiting for the official still to see if there's anything new that's not in the leak.
