Samsung RV-518 can't find drivers... Terrible support...

Hi. Maybe somebody can tell me where I can find samsung drivers? Model name NP-RV518-S02EE. Maybe there is factory defaults, or something? I wanna reinstall windows, and upgrade to windows 10, if that laptop works on it? Also what version to use 32 bit or 64 bit?

Sand Bridge Intel Core i3-2310M / 3GB / 500 GB / Geforce GT 520M
If yes then you should look for drivers on components manufacturers sites
intel.com/nvidia.com
You should identify your ethernet/sound card and also look for drivers on manufacturers websites.
