Samsung s3 problem is that it is making no calls or text

My mobile is showing emergency call only and I cant call or text someone while I can only use 3G I have s3

Have you tried contacting your service provider? This sounds like a network signal issue; perhaps one of their representatives can tell you more about exactly what's wrong.
