Why is This phone not as rugged as advertisement has claimed and no one will take responsibility.I have cracked screens on mine twice with barely a light impact.Ive had many phones and choose this one due to its supposed ruggednessed,h however it has to be the worse hands down that I've ever had,and will certainly not buy any more of this brand.

I am assuming you have contacted Samsung about it? If you only recently bought the phone maybe you can get your money back and get a different phone.
