Solved! Samsung smart tv no picture

Have a samsung smart tv turns on with red light on bottom screen black no picture can hear sound. Can this be fixed please? Or can I connect to something to receive picture?

When you said that you can hear a sound? Is this a sound coming from a program? Is this connected to a cable box or such a like device? If yes, please make sure cords should be connected to the TV and cable box.
