Samsung smart tv won’t recognise Panasonic pvr

Trying to connect Panasonic pvr to Samsung smart tv but keep getting message no signal

Try to do a simple reset for both device. Disconnect all HDMI sources connected in both device. Unplug the power from the TV for 10 minutes. Then, plug the power cable back. Connect HDMI cable one at a time. Then turn on the Panasonic device and TV. I hope this helps.
