We have three Samsung SMP 900 12" tablets. One of the batteries has bulged, actually bulging out the plastic back of the device. I know the Note 7 was recalled for exploding battery problems and wonder if this is the same problem. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what they did about it. Did replacing the battery solve the problem, or was the unit damaged beyond repair?
Addendum -- Contacted Samsung, which is sending a box to return it for free repair. This will be interesting...
