Hi everyone,
I'm looking to buy one of these televisions, but am unsure which one to get.
They are very similarly specced and similarly priced (the UE32F6200 is £379, and the UE32F5500 is £369 from Currys, £339 from Amazon), except the F6200 has a few more connections. I am mainly concerned about picture quality, does anyone know if the F6200 uses a different/better panel? Am I right in thinking that a series 6 TV will surely have a better picture than a series 5, even if they are the same on paper? It might be worth noting that the F6200 is apparently exclusive to Currys, I'm not sure whether this is a good or a bad thing. I would presume that the smart TV features are the same, and I assume that Samsung brings out firmware updates, so it might not matter anyway. The F6200 certainly looks like a more premium product, but the Samsung product pages are nearly identical, as are most of the specs.
I will be using the TV for mainly Gaming, Blu-rays and Netflix.
Here are links to both the product pages:
UE32F5500 - http/www.samsung.com/uk/consumer/tv-audio-video/television/led-tv/UE32F5500AKXXU
UE32F6200 - http/www.samsung.com/uk/consumer/tv-audio-video/television/led-tv/UE32F6200AKXXU
An advice would be much appreciated!
