what is my true refresh rate? If i turn off the motion stuff does it take the 200 hz/cmr down to 100 or down to 50hz? and if I go into game mode does it take it down to 100hz or 50hz? just a bit confused over the whole thing.

Thanks but I have seen these links and I found them confusing, all I really want to know is if my television, samsung ue40f6400 has a built in native refresh rate off 100hz and that that cannot be lowered?
