Please tell me how to disable this and not loose my "smart" content access or features.

Go back into TV setup - Menu>Settings>General>Start Setup - Skip setup steps (right arrow) to where you checked 'agree to all' (like I mindlessly did) and UNcheck it. Leave voice recognition on for your remote, but uncheck the other garbage. Done.
