Samsung vs Netflix

Watching Cable TV...all of a sudden the screen goes black, then I get a Netflix movie or TV promo that repeats endlessly... I have to log on to Netflix, start and stop the program that has launched itself...then sign off and back to TV... anybody know why this happens?

Today's TV got a little computer inside. Computer crashes, TV can too. If re-ocurr, attempt to reset to factory.
