Satellite Pro L630 HM55 problem

The laptop i have came with a bare chipset,it does not have any heatsinks or anything.You can peep through the ventilation holes and you can see the Die of the Chipset.Should i add a thermal pad to it or something?I am pretty sure the chipset will be very hot as my cousin had a CR420 with the same chipset and after i mounted a old chipset heatsink(Passive) onto it the heatsink became very hot just after minutes.
There os room to put a very low profile heatsink in,should i add one?

If you don't have the thermal module on the CPU you need something. Preferably, the original thermal module.

The cpu have the cooling module but the chipset is bare.The laptop did not come with a chipset heatsink in the first place.It was new when purchased and unopened.
