Saving email photo to iPhone (ios 10.1)

Have been trying to save an email photo attachment to my photo files on the phone.
I do not get get that option after downloading the attachment to my phone

1.Launch Mail from your Home screen.
2.Open the email that contains the attachment.
3.Long press on the attachment to bring up the Share sheet.
4.Tap on Save Attachment.
