Sc-btt270,toshiba tv, sky hd+,xbox one

Hi, how can i get surround sound from xbox one, sky 2nd and tv when connected to panasonic sc-btt270 home theatre system. It only has 1 hdmi arc out but no inputs, and 1 optical out. Tv isn't hdmi arc and is coaxial digital. Currently have sky hd to xbox hdmi input then xbox optical out to its and xbox to tv with normal hdmi. Sound isn't good and is there a easier way to do it as I don't really want xbox on all the time the tv is on. Any advice would be great.

If the Panasonic has an optical input and the TV coax digital audio output then you can convert one to the other.

You have to get the right one as they don't work in both direction.
Another option is to get an exteranal HDMI input selector with audio extraction.
