Screen flicker in laptop

I bought a laptop Acer V3, several months back. Then i noticed that the screen flickers whenever i turn on WiFi hotspot (Using connectify software). Is there a solution for that without stopping Connectify.

I tried to reduce the screen brightness to minimum, but still no improvement.

It could be your screen refresh rate to change that:
Right click on Desktop main screen. click properties,click settings,click advanced,click monitor and then set your screen Refresh rate ( try at 85 Hertz or a step less)
