My Screen Of The Computer Burned And I Can't Open The Computer Without The Screen Is There A Way To Open The Computer With The Laptop Screen

My guess it the OP mean how to use the laptop when the laptop screen is not working anymore.

Oh... I feel stupid for not reading it that way.

Anyways, if the laptop has a video out connector (VGA, DVI, HDMI, DP), then you can try using one of those. It may switch over automatically once you connect an external display.

I read it the other way around - OP has desktop computer with dead monitor, and he/she asks whether he/she can use a laptop screen for that.

Simple answer: No.
