Question Screen touch sensitivity acting up on Realme 7 Pro. Any fixes?

I've been having issues with the touch sensitivity on my Realme 7 Pro. It seems like I have to press harder than usual, and sometimes the screen doesn't even register my touch properly. Has anyone else experienced this? Are there any fixes or settings I can adjust?
