Script busy: What causes that?

Hi. Running Windows 10 with 2 GB RAM. I have an old ACER 5315 laptop with an INTEL 965P integrated graphics card. My browsing experience is marred by a busy script and I see the HDD is working quite hard. What part of my system is causing a problem with a busy script? And if it's the graphic card, can I solve by allocating more memory to it? Using FireFox. Thanks.

the cpu, not enough ram, old hdd, igpu, pretty much the whole laptop.
