sd card in S2 doesn t work after jelly bean update

I updateted my s2 yesterday, gut now all my Apps on the sd card are not available anymore.
What can I do ?

You'll have to re-download the apps.

Even though they're stored on the SD card, system files are created on the phone itself as well.

By updating the phone's software you would have whiped out those system files and the apps will no longer function.
